  • We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for all our premium products.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you are fully eligible for a replacement.

  • To initiate a return, the product must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging material, and invoices must be intact to process your request.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel to claim an exchange.

  • To file a claim, please send us clear unboxing videos or photos of the defect on WhatsApp.

  • Please note that slight color variations due to photographic lighting do not qualify as defects.

  • For standard exchanges (change of mind or size issues), minor reverse shipping charges may apply.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our provided address.

  • Our quality control team will inspect the returned item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

  • If the item passes the inspection, your replacement product will be dispatched immediately.

  • In case a replacement item is out of stock, a full monetary refund will be processed.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are securely transferred via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

  • Refund processing can take up to 3 to 5 working days after the item is received back.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special flash discounts are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customized or altered items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

  • We recommend using a traceable courier service when sending items back to our warehouse.

  • Lunea Fabric is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
