  • Major cities like Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad usually receive deliveries faster.

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address to prevent any shipping errors.

  • Providing an active and reachable mobile number is mandatory for successful delivery.

  • If your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days, please reach out to our team.

  • We partner with the most reliable and premium courier services in Pakistan for shipping.

  • Tracking details or shipping updates will be shared with you once the parcel is dispatched.

  • Unexpected delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us before the item leaves our facility.

  • Once a parcel is handed over to the courier company, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • Customers are requested to pay the exact total amount (Product Price + Rs. 200) to the rider.

  • As per courier regulations, opening the parcel before making the full payment is not allowed.

  • If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please reject the parcel.
